Do you ship internationally?
Unforfortunatelly for now, we only ship to South africa (All 9 Provinces).
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by going to the profile icon if you are already logged in.
or
You can go to the chat bubble "need help?", there will be an option to track your order, you insert you email (the one you used when ordering) your order number, and just like that you can get to know your order status.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
After placing the order you have only 1 hour to cancel it, after that, a cancellation will not be possible.
How should I care for my Quiltah product?
Your Quiltah piece is handmade with care, so a little extra love goes a long way. ♡
- Spot clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed.
- Do not bleach or use harsh cleaning products.
- Avoid soaking the item or putting it in the washing machine unless specifically stated in the product description.
- Air dry naturally and keep away from direct heat.
- Store your item in a clean, dry place when not in use.
- Handle zippers and other hardware gently to help keep them in good condition.

Are your products handmade?
Yes! ♡ All Quiltah products are handmade with love and care. Each piece is carefully cut, sewn, and finished by hand, making every item unique.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is your return policy?

At the moment, Quiltah accepts:

- Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer
We’re working on adding more payment options in the future. ♡
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. ♡ We take your privacy and payment security seriously. Payments made through PayPal are securely processed by PayPal, and Quiltah does not have access to your full card or payment details.
For bank deposits, we only request the information needed to confirm your payment (proof of payment). We never ask for your PIN, password, or online banking login details.
Can I pay in installments?
At the moment, we do not offer installment payments. ♡ Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

We are an online store, so all orders are placed through our website and delivered directly to you.
Do you offer gift cards?
